How often do you restock your inventory?
Typically our products are NOT restocked. They are gone when gone. On rare occasion we may re-stock some of our inventory items. If your order falls in between being sold out online and being restocked, you will be notified by email with more information regarding availability.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
How much is shipping?
Shipping in Canada is $10.00 CAD, US is $15.00 CAD, Everywhere else is $25.00 CAD.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. International orders may take up to 5 weeks or longer depending on destination.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments. North American shipments will be given tracking numbers.

I just placed my order but can I modify/change my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped, we can modify or change your order. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com or fill out the contact form and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

What is your return policy?
Please email email@example.com or fill out the contact form within 7 days of your delivery (14 days for international).
Returns should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note we do not offer exchange or refund on sale items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of Canada Post. Committee Members is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?
This depends on your country. In Canada we charge a mandatory 13% HST to all Canadian buyers.
Please note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Committee Members for any reason.
